WJB's Basketball teams will look to participate in the Tennessee's oldest state tourney for middle schools. This is the 50th Year for the James C. Haile Tournament to take place. WJB has been attending since the mid 70's when WJB opened.

Due to weather issues some games have been postponed.

Winter storms can bring extreme cold, freezing rain, sleet, heavy snowfall, ice, and high winds. These storms can cause transportation, heat, power, and communication disruptions. We can take action to prepare. Prepare now to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your home.

January 21-27 is School Board Appreciation Week

Lebanon Special School District will be open on Wednesday, January 24th and will operate on time.

Yearbooks can now be purchased online for $35 each. Go to the Blue Devil Store link to purchase a 2023-2024 Yearbook.

Students can begin purchasing yearbooks at school starting in February.

Congratulations goes to 7th Grade Language Arts Teacher Kim Allison for being voted on by her peers as this year's Walter J Baird Middle School Teacher of the Year.

Congratulations goes to Bob Lea for being honored as WJB's Parapro of the Year. Mr. Lea can be found assisting students with chromebook issues or assisting the admin team with monitoring discipline concerns throughout the day. You may also hear him at one of our many sports events as the public address announcer.
